Vitex (Chaste Tree Berry) Extract (1 fl. oz.)

I started taking 1/4 tsp of Vitex with a tablespoon of water twice a day when the hot flashes started. I use this in conjunction with chickweed tea. Not only have my hot flashes stopped, but I noticed that I've stopped spotting and have no more issues with vaginal dryness. Vitex is something that takes a couple of weeks to get into your system so one must be consistent with its use to see results. When I stopped taking Vitex, my symptoms returned a few months later, but not as severe. Resuming its use once again proved effective. I plan on using it indefinitely since it seems to be a wonderful hormonal balancer.

I love this stuff! It really helps with hormonal imbalance. Especially at the end of my cycle. It also helps with cramping and heavy bleeding. This is a must have in my cabinet.
